Hello, attached is my 5v motor connection.
SchEDA.JPG

However, I have no idea how should i connect to control a 12V DC Motor.
Is it I vary the Vcc or Vs to 12V?

Please kindly guide me, thank you!

Vs should be set to 12V. Vcc is the logic supply and should probably stay at 5V -- if that is what your logic level is.

thank you very much!
