connecting tx2sa-LT-2.4v relay switch to battery charger

i have just created a battery charger circuit that charges 2.4v battery( 2 1.2v AA battery) using 9v battery.

how can i connect tx2sa-LT-2.4v relay switch so that the charger will connect when the battery falls below volatge and disconnect when it has fully charge?
