HOw can we connect a mosfet to L293D ?

current requirement is upto 300mA Stall Current per motor, using 4motors

you can use 2 L293D for driving 4 motors, no need to add any mosfet for that,
and if the motor are in pairs, I mean if 2 motors will be in always same direction & other 2 will also be in same direction then you can do that with 1 L293D also.

you can have a schematic at here :
https://www.electroons.com/8051/electroons/dc_motor_control.html

can we increase the power of a chopper driver like that from allegro by using mosfet ?
