connect two mobiles to a micro-controller using RF transcei

Hi friends,

I just want to know whether we can implement a mobile switching control using a micro-controller.

Basically I want to connect two mobiles to a micro-controller using RF transceivers.
One RF transceiver for one phone and one for another and both RF transceivers connected to the micro-controller.

Then I want this micro-controller to act as a switching element.

How can this be done? Can anyone give me some idea.......

The communication between Mobile & Microcontroller can be done through USB port by AT Commands. Or By using DTMF Decoder IC.
