Hello :)
I am a beginner with microcontrollers and FPGA. I have an mbed NXP 1768 microcontroller which I know that has I2C interface available. My FPGA board need I2c interface to read and write registers. Would it be possible to add a display ( text/ASCII code ) to the mbed microcontroller in order to type in a value and send it via I2C to the FPGA board and/or to read a value on the FPGA board and display it on the display?
Thank you for your help. I aprreciate it!

Could it be possible to connectan Xilinx FPGA to anything else using the I2C configuration? Thank you for your help.
