I try to Configure and Control design with PPC440 through ICAP_VIRTEX5 in VIRTEX5 I ask if I am in the right directiobn and if there is somme docs or methods

first you tell me your design details. What is the application you are looking for. There are some simple proven methods to do it.

I look for doing a Readback and Scrumbing using PPC440 :?:

PPC440 is external to FPGA , right?
And PPC440 pins are connected to configuration port of FPGA, right?
Well if this is the case you can configure FPGA thro external microprocessor. Or even you can do readback also.

No the PowerPC440 is embeded in the FPGA it is a hard core!

PS: I use Virtex-5 XC5VFX70T
