comunication between two PICs with 230V home

Hi

I see some modules where we can communicate between two PCs, connected one piece on electric plug for example on garage and other on bedroom, it make a LAN

is possible make some like this but to 2 PICs communicat?

where I connect datain and dataout of TDA on my PIC18F252? this is I2C or SPI protocol?

no it is nor I2C or SPI protocol ,any serial data of any protocol of your own can be sent through data in and dataout.
