Hi,
I need documents which tell about the advantages and disadvantages of various Op Amp architectures like Miller compensated Op Amp, Folded Cascode Op Amp, wide swing Op Amp.

Can any body provide me some relevent docs.

Thanks
sarfraz

razavi has given the details regarding these three and their implementation details.

Allen has given details about OPA,also.

i guess the best book dealing with the OTAs is "Design with Analog Integrated Circuits and Systems" by Laker and Sansen..

"Operational Amplifiers——theory and design" is good as well.

good paper, but i find some flaws in biasing circuit.
did anyone tried to implement this.

what's flaw, can you explain more?

There is problem in generating bias voltage vb3, gate of transistor m22 should be connected to drain of m21.

oh, yes, i think it is drawing mistake, now the vb3 is floating.
you are so careful! 8O :)
