common centroid layout examples

can any one help me, how common centroid diff pair layout is done and wt are it's advantages. reference to some papers is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Better matching, better symmetry. S. common-centroid.pdf below. This would provide the best matching for 2 equal transistors.

Not at all. Just the difference between offset voltages.

which below mentioed pattern is good and avoid the gradient and offset voltage??????????

Hi Kumaran, I think the common-centriod would be better, for example, usually the ABBA would be better then ABAB.

Besides, I have another question, for the amp pair:
ABBA
BAAB
the route all in the middle channel or around the device, which one would be better?
