Commercial frequency to voltage converter (FVC)

Hi, can come one help me to find any commercial FVC that can convert tens of MHz frequencies into it some proportional voltage.

as 74hc393 is a binary ripple counter, this means my input frequency has to be binary. But my signal will be an analog signal. in that case what kind of frequency devider will be suitable?
 

if amplitude of input signal is 1.5V or more - use schmitt-trigger element like 74HC/HCT14 to convert to logic level.
if level is less, add simple transistor-amplifier:
