Comment on this structure of Capacitor.

Hi all,

The structure which i attached gives a good CAPACITANCE.

Please comment on it.. Is it feasible to use it.

It is a very well known structure. You also need to add many more vias in order to decrease the series resistance and improve the capacitor's Q factor.
