Coffee Brewer Controlled with Arduino

We are looking to prototype an automation system for our business. I am looking to find a relay to switch an 240v appliance on and off once a day using the arduino microcontroller. Can you recommend a product for this purpose?

Something like timer, to switch in some specified time on and off?

Why with Arduino? I want to say what is reason to spend Arduino on this job?

I think Blue_Bean was looking for info on relays rather than an arduino timer.
This looks like a cool project, tpetar but do you have any suggestions as far as the relay part?
