can anyone help me out by sending a hspice modelfile for schottky diode... ?? plzz..

I like the models from Infineon a lot. They include the parasitics, so the model usually is best suited if you aer working in higher frequencies.

Search 1n5819, most times it is already installed. Read the datasheer so you can see if it's suitable for your application
