Hi people,
I am trying to set up a serial link so i can send data for an XUP Virtex II board to the PC. Before sending this data i belive you have to implement a UART, is this correct ? Does anyone have any code for this or an example of one in use ?

look at the Xilinx web site there are some app notes fro te UART/SPI/I2C communication
