cmos ttl levels

TTL compatible inputs are fine with 3.6V (> 2.4) logic level, so you don't need a converter. You may want to check the LCD datsheet, if it actually has a TTL level specification.

cmos to ttl level converter

Hi
This is a simple circuitry to Level Shifting.
It has very interesting operation in translating logic levels.
