I think the P&R tools are also CTS/CTA tools, such as apollo and First Encounter, which are P&R tools, doing CTS after placement. Maybe some other tools is integrated. I know apollo integrates Saturn to do CTO.

There is a build in clock tree analyzer inside the Astro. It's pretty usefull.

You can use Astro built in function to do clock tree analysis as following list.

In Astro tool bar "clock-----> clock interactive"
