Hi guys,
I read about the harmonic terminations required for waveform shaping for a class F amplifier.I just wanted to do a quick verification of this on Agilent ADS MOS model. I used a perfect DC feed and DC block at the gate side. At the drain side I used a lambda/4 transformer for the bias so that it is open for odd harmonics and short for even. Now, how do I observe the desired harmonics for Vds and Ids. Can somebody please help me with this basic HB simulation on ADS.
