Class E Power Amplifier Questions

The equations listed inside page 8 and 9 of Nathan Sokal original paper : CLASS-E HIGH-EFFICIENCY RF/MICROWAVE POWER AMPLIFIERS: PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION, DESIGN PROCEDURES, AND EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION are different compared to those listed inside Design of Input Matching Networks for Class-E RF Power Amplifiers

Please correct me if I miss anything.

I wish I could answer but I wouldn't know at first glance or perhaps even understand what I was reading/comparing.
