Hello everyone.

I am trying to elaborate a design for a class C PA for the 380-385 MHz. But, as a non-experienced person, I cannot get the things right. I have a model for all the calculus, all the relations and stuff for a MOS transistor, but i need to make it with a BFG591 to support the 1W output power I need.
Can anyone help? Please pm me if you think you can lend me a hand and I'll show you the model I have. It'll take 30 mins for someone with experience.
Thanks.
