I have the equipment 8pcs thermocouples K.
I need to be connected to the PCB with MCU, cold junction compensation with software on the basis of temperature connectors.
I have two questions.
1. How to solve the Isothermal Block that all eight connectors have the same temperature and was used one temperature sensor? Cheap and easily realizable solution provice less unit production.
2. How to use connectors?
I like to use the super connectors **broken link removed**, but the price and availability is more problematic than.
Can you recommend something more accessible and cheaper, especially.

hi,
dear friend hope u r fine.most probably i cant help u .but i want to share some of my idea.form my previous experience it is very difficult to design this type amplifier .there is some chip of microchip, but its practical implementation is very tough.

so i suggest u if possible use pt100,buy its amplifier(ready made 4~20 mA out put).it will bwe also cheep ,aprox 14$ each.u can easily interface with any micro controller.
thx.

The thermocouples are part of IR heating element, some replacement is not possible.
Amplifier for thermocouple is not a problem today, for me it is the ideal choice Zero-Drift, Single-Supply, Rail-to-Rail
Input/Output Operational Amplifier any as AD8628/AD8629/AD8630.
Built with AD8628 thermocouple amplifier is very easy.
