chinese generator not working

Good morning;

I have bought with aliexpress a signal generator as the link indicated below.
Powered, no sign of life.
Contacted the dealer, no answer, and aliexpress refused to press the dealer to help me.
From what I have seen and checked, seems to me that the firmware si corrupted or absent.
So, anybody that bought the same generator, can make the dump of the FW?

Did you provide DC power with correct polarity ?

Did you press the PowerOn switch for >3 seconds?

No other help from here is possible.
