Dear All,

I have a charger for 48 V, 100Ah lead acid Batteries. However, at present I have only48V 26AH lead acid batteries and one 48V,23AH lithium ion battery. Is there any mechanism wherein I can test the charger using the 48V, 26Ah Batteries, using a resistive load to test the charger at its full capacity. Or can I test he charger for charging 48V, 23Ah Lithium ion testing without causing any damage. Is there any other alternate method to test a high capacity charger when similar rated batteries are unavailable. Thanks

Hi,

read

Then you know that charging a Li-Ion battery with a lead acid battery charger may lead to explosion and fire....
