Hi,

I want to know on how to measure the characteristic impedance of a PCB trace.I know that the same can be measured through a TDR. But is it possible to measure using a network Analyzer?
I can see a feature to plot Smith Chart in the network anlayzer. Can this be used to measure the characteristics impedance Z0 ? Is this a correct method?

Regards,
VJ
