i wanna know if a mosfet has CLM in the triode region?
when i read the solution of <Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits(Razavi)>,it says the mosfet has CLM in the triode region

I'm sure there is, but generally you do not apply MOSFETs
at high Vds in triode region. Other than (say) an undersized
pass transistor at max current. It's a very power-dissipative
place to be, and that's more likely to be your problem than
any fine-detail analog concern.

Thank you very much for caring about my problem!
You think the length of MOSFETs will change as the Vds changes in the triode region?
