Hello
I have a custom set of equations that model the behaviour of a unique type of FET. The model is currently in matlab but i would like to incorporate it as a circuit element in Cadence and simulate its behaviour in a circuit. Is there anyway to integrate matlab into cadence to do this or build/change the models within cadence? Thanks

U can build models from a set of equations to be used in cadence using Verilog-A
