hi all,
I've got a tech lib from foundry,
but there's no CEL view in Milkyway lib of std cell,
is that normal?
When i import leq.lef with auLoadCLF, it will prompt lots of warning about cell does not exist, can I ignore those?
but FRAM view seem normal
