capacity time of charging

How to define time of charging of input capacity of ADC (it is designated as C4 on the diagram of connection of a thermal sensor to the microcontroller) ? I attach the general diagram and the equivalent circuit which I simulate.

I think you are just going have to derive the equation for voltage on C4. All the other impedances in your circuit are going to figure into the equation.
 

How to define time of charging of input capacity of ADC

The essential time constant is R3C4 = 80ns. For a 1 of 8bit (in)accuracy you need ≈5.5 time constants, i.e. ≈ 0.5µs
