capacity of cascade channel

cascade channel

i have 2 channels:
1) binary->erasure channel
2) erasure to decoding channel

the output|input probability matrix is simetric:
0.95 0.05
0.05 0.95

how should i compute the total capacity?
using C=1-H(p,1-p)?
