Capacitor matching and routing in SAR ADC

I am doing the layout of SAR ADC in which I have 4p,8p,16p,32p, 64p, 128p caps which are to matched. Can any one help me how to match these caps and how to route(routing over caps is not permitted)

Use 4p for a cell.

Added after 1 minutes:

It seems all "blank" are screened. The matrix should be adjusted.

Could you help giving particular description of the your answer? Maybe you can replace "blank" to "•" "×" or other symbols.
