cant import changes in altium designer!

What is it you are trying to do? All you're showing is a Pcb document that's not connected to any project

What is it you are trying to do? All you're showing is a Pcb document that's not connected to any project
its connected to Sheet1..

There's no project. The Pcb document is NOT connected to sheet 1. It says right at the top "free documents".

You should start with "Project>PCB Project". Then add "Schematic" and "PCB" as source documents under this project.
