Strange problem. Running PADS Layout 9.2. When I go to Display Colors Setup, I can't change the colors. If I right-click on a cell, it will turn to black, but I can't apply selected color to a cell.
This is a relatively new install, and I can't recall if this feature ever worked on this new machine.
Any ideas?
