Topics including:

Snap-back, hot-switching, BVD, Hot-electron, punch-through, latch-up, ESD, will be very helpful!

Many thanks!

Can any one suggest a book to cover those topics?

If you are a professional applications designer do not forget to read specific standards (I know IEEE has on latch up i.e.) for testing.

rabaey has a good book called digital integrated circuits. lots of classes use this book so there's a whole bunch of posted online lectures. check it out!

many thanks. However, it is too simple to be used in engineering.

I will still go for it.
