Can we design the CMOS circuit of 130nm technology in Tanner ?

Can we design the CMOS circuit of 130nm technology in tanner ? Is it possible? R should i go to HSPICE?

Tanner can use Hspice models so should be fine.

I am using Tspice... Can u help me out with good tutorials ?? While using inverter when i tried to change the values of L and W there is one more variable named l (small L) in that.. What is it ??
