can somebody please explain what is sag in a pulse?

Can somebody please tell me what is sag exactly for a pulse?
 

You may post the complete sentence that contains the words. Generally spoken, sag is same as decay or drop. So A 1 V pulse that has 10% sag, has 0.9V at the end of the pulse.
