Can noise source be isolated by switches

Hi, guys,

I attached a figure here. Two pathways exist: Path 1 and path 2. When the circuit works in path 1 (S1 is ON, S2 and S3 are OFF). Does circuit noise of circuit block1 affect circuit block2?
