Anyone knows if iPhone can be a USB Host, so that I can connect a USB Device to it's connector (more specifically, I want to connect a HID, like a keyboard)?

I don't have an iPhone but I don't think it is possible to use its docking connection to connect another USB device. Remember an iPhone is using an OS as well. Read your manual maybe the answer can be found in there.
