can i use this process?

I want to design one bipolar analog ic with vdd 5v, but the introduction of one process show that "Max/Threshold voltage is 40V". So can it's fit to my project? In other words, if one process's vdd is 40V, i can use it to design one bipolar ic with vdd 5v ? Thanks very much.

Re: can i use this process?

You can do the 5V bipolar project on 40V bipolar tech process if it meet your specification on speed and cost area parameters.
