Can I use the ordinary model for diode in my simulations which is in the RF range?

i have a question,
my PDK is ams hit kit 3.70
i don't have RF model for the diode,
so, can i use the ordinary model for diode in my simulations which is in the RF range?

or what to do?

RF diode model:

yeah , this is the only way

also this model will give u good approximation , coz the model of the diode don't have all the complications in the MOS device
