I have Microwave office can i use it to simulate circuits based on CMOS transistor of 0.35um Technology

most of CMOS design suggest use ADS to design MMIC and Cadence to design RFIC
you should install design kit (tech model)

Hi , here at college we have cadence but they used the hit kit 3.7 and a tech file c35b4 that should be enough for rf design.
How i find out that i have spectre rf.
Here use cadence only for analog/mixed signals so i don't know if the have habilitated the rf simulator.
