can i make inverter with n-p-n and p-n-p transistor ?? ....plz will u give me some brief concept of making inverter with 2 transistor ??

Hi,i dont think it's possible but it can be use as buffer.

You can configure it as a common emitter stage with gain set to 1. Then you have an amplifier wher amplification is -1. Inverter made of one pnp transistor.

i think keith got me ...let me try this ..thx keith u r awesome
