Can i get netlist or HDL sorce file from configuration file (.bit file) in Xilinx?

I want to know that is there any technique or tool available to convert configuration file (.bit file) into netlist file (.ngc/ .edn file) for xilinx devices....

Lets put it this way: Xilinx does not provide tools that can convert a .bit file back to a netlist, nor does any other vendor.
