can i calculate prpagation constant(beta) from Zc or fc ?

can i calculate prpagation constant(beta) from impedance caracteristic or cutoff frequency ? and thank you.
 

characteristic impedance Zc=sqrt((R+jwL)/(G+jwC)),
and beta=imag((R+jwL)*(G+jwC)), so you lack enough equations to calculate propagation constant beta based on Zc only.
