Hi :

I am using a TLP291 Photocoupler from Toshiba.

But could not get any model from any website!

I calculated by hand, but afraid not to be accurate enough:sad:

So I am wondering if I can build one from its datasheet??

Can any one give me some tutorial on doing this?

I learned from some previous threads that one can do this for diodes.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a lot.
