Hi All,
I would like to understand what is the meaning of term "CAN Database"?

I understand that an OEM defines and provides the CAN Database. But i would like to know more about CAN Database i.e why there is a Database in first place, what if there is no database, does it related to auto configuration of CAN driver, etc.

Hello,

Check the link **broken link removed** might give you some info.
