It's got 3 legs (sot-323) and is marked with a PMMQ. It is also marked as "U" on the circuit board. Is anyone familiar with this component?

Thank you!

Although 'U' is normally used to designate an integrated circuit...

A search on SOT-323 brings up datasheets of a mosfet.

PMMQ... might be initials for Power Management something.

Very nice. I appreciate it. That does seem to help. I will look into it. That's the best answer I've gotten yet so far. Anyone else?

Thanks!
