Can anyone introduce paper about designing analog switch?

I want to design multiplexer, but I think it is not so simple that only some tranmission gate is enough, so I need your help. thanks!

bootstrap circuit may be useful for you.

The consumption is only 500nA, and multiplexer is different from sample switch in ADC, the leakage will destroy the boostrapped structure.
 

Is any consideration about analog switch design, just like ESD and so on.
