i would like to implement an eeg sensor using arduino uno. can anyone help me out with an simple sensor circuit

Never heard of any homemade EEG projects.

I imagine it's a question as to the nature of signal you hope to pick up. Then whether the sensor should be capacitive, inductive, or magnetic. How much impedance. Etc.

You'll be lucky to pick up much of a signal. You'll need to amplify it a great deal.

A smaller sensor should be able to pick up brain activity in a local area,.

A search turns up a few projects. Some information is at this link.
