CAMTastic features disabled in Altium

Hi,

I am trying to edit a CAMTastic file in Altium v9 and for some reason I cant add drill points - the option is greyed out when I go Place->Drill

any help would be appreciated.

It has been several months since I used my favourite EDA but try switching to NC mode in view.
