Hello,
I decided to create this thread because of an issue I am facing when using Calibre nmLVS. What I am trying to do is to generate a .agf file (using CCI),that preserves the original schematic hierarchy of the design as much as possible, or at least that it doesn't flatten the pdk pcells (I am not so concerned about my custom cells). In a specific design I am using for testing some of the cells are flattened, not due to seed layer promotion (I've confirmed it by looking at the LVS transcript) but due to some LVS algorithms (as they are called in the documentation). My question is: is it possible to overcome this -maybe by disabling some of the aforementioned LVS algorithms- or is it something that cannot be tackled with?
Thank you in advance and I am really glad I became a member of your board
