Calculate trace length from delay

Hi

would like to know any formula can calculate from length from delay values . Delay would be formula from SQRT(L*C)
 

If by "delay" you mean the time it takes for an electric signal to propagate along a transmission line it has nothing to do with either L or C.

The propagation delay will depend upon the speed of light in that medium (for example FR4)
